Description
LED COB light strip is a new type of integrated light source (Chip
On Board), which attaches the exposed chip to a conductive or
non-conductive substrate, and then realizes its electrical
connection through wire bonding. Place the silicon wafer placement
point on the surface of the substrate with thermally conductive
epoxy resin (usually epoxy resin mixed with silver particles),
place the silicon wafer directly on the surface of the substrate,
heat treat until the silicon wafer is firmly fixed on the
substrate, and then directly Electrical connections are made
between the silicon wafer and the substrate through wire bonding.
Our COB 528LED light strip has 528 chips per meter, and the power
of 10w/m makes the light of the light strip brighter. And the COB
design makes the light look spotless, providing wider 180-degree
lighting than traditional light strips.
Features
Chips-on-board design, dot free even without any profiles.
Free-Cut design with a straight line of copper revealed on the surface, the ultimate solutionof small cut, flexible installation in furniture lighting or decorative lighting.
